We get it...life is busy, things come up, schedules are hectic. Due to the project nature of our classes, and the limited seats/space, The Clay and Metal loft does not issue refunds for adult class purchases, however, if you give us at least 1 week notice of your cancellation, you can apply your purchase towards any future class that is the same price and instructor. With at least a 1 week notice, we are able to fill your seat with our wait list. Credit must be used within a 2 month period.

We do not issue refunds for Kids Summer Camps as instructors and supplies are hired and purchased based on enrollment.
